Who is relevant? Who works with open and linked data? This is a pretty open ended ticket but let's see how it goes in terms of dropping stuff down and keeping track of who we might look up for specific needs as we go forward.

So, I've dug up https://okfn.org as an organisation to look into from my archive. I worked with some from their network when we did https://carbon.datahub.io/ as a side project. https://discuss.okfn.org is also worth a perusal. Their mission statement is:

We believe open knowledge can empower everyone, enabling people to work together to tackle local and global challenges, understand our world, expose inefficiency, challenge inequality and hold governments and companies to account.

So, I've dug up https://okfn.org as an organisation to look into from my archive.
