Delete Branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Following https://github.com/WASHNote/WASHWeb/issues/33#issuecomment-644342508, I think we're already at the point where we can ask what we want as outcomes from this CRS data? I guess that was what this ticket is about?
Exactly. I believe the first / simplest test use case is to map WASH donors
(sector code 140 I believe) to wikidata entities and then add one piece of
data from here. I would say the simplest is to first just add the orgs and
a property to indicate they finance WASH.

Plan:
I've managed to link many CRS donors / agencies to wikidata entities/codes. With OpenRefine, it is possible to create / update entities with data from CRS. However, I believe that if we wanted to create a new id property for a CRS id (which is not trivial as it it stored in two columns), then we would need to have that approved. Only some users /admins have the right to create a new property and anyway I think it is required.
Closing this. Re-focusing on preparing / reconciling the data from different sources and understanding the data store needs before working on a view. Will add sandboxing and sector codes to the backlog
